Opening Times
Monday – Friday 7am – 7pm
We are open 50 weeks of the year. We are closed for one week at the end of August (usually the week when the summer bank holiday falls), we close at 1pm on Christmas Eve then reopen the first working day of the new year and we are closed on all England bank holidays. We do not charge if your usual session falls on a day when we are closed.
Fees
Our fees are flexible and all inclusive! All food, drinks (including formula for children under 1 if required), nappies, wipes etc, daily activities, local outings and any other additional activities, for example, French classes are included in the fees. The only things we charge for are optional extras, such as the hairdresser or outings further afield, such as the zoo.

£7.70 per hour (or less if your child is eligible for funding!)
(10 hours a week, 5 hours a day minimum attendance)
This rate is for:
- Term time only
- Early/late session (before 8am/after 6pm)
- Short days (9am – 3pm for example)
- Hours exceeding the entitlement for 3-4 year funding
- Ad hoc care
- When you just need less than a set session and only want to pay for what you need!
Set sessions
Half day (8am – 1pm or 1pm – 6pm) £37.55 (two sessions minimum attendance)
Full day (8am – 6pm) £69.30 Price includes 10% discount off our hourly rate! (1 day minimum attendance when the day is the same every week. 2 days minimum attendance when the days are different every week)
Full week (Mon – Fri 8am – 6pm) £288.75 BEST VALUE – Price includes 25% discount off our hourly rate!
These fees are a guide only and do not form any part of a contract. All fees are per child. All fees are to be paid a month in advance by bank transfer, Direct Debit, childcare vouchers, tax free childcare or a combination of two of those.
Please note: funding for 3-4 year olds cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount.
Registration Fee and Deposit
We do not charge any registration fees! We charge two weeks of normal fees calculated using the child’s usual sessions as a deposit. The deposit will be credited against your first month’s fees.

Funded Sessions
We can offer funded sessions for eligible children. The government stipulate that children cannot claim funding immediately from when they turn 9 months, or their 2nd or 3rd birthday, but they can claim from the term after their birthday or the term after they turn 9 months. You must obtain a code in the term before they are eligible for funding designed for working parents from the government website here.
We have three options for funding available:
Option one
Attend 3 or more days between 9am and 3pm for a minimum of 5 hours per day and receive 5 hours (6 hours for children eligible for 30 hours) free childcare per day during term time.
Option two
Attend for 3 or more morning sessions and receive 11.4 hours free childcare per week year round between 8am and 12 noon and have the option to pay our usual hourly rate for the lunch hour (12 noon – 1pm). The fee includes a two-course cooked lunch.
Option three
Attend more than 40 hours a week term time or year round and get your funded allocation free of charge and just pay for any hours not covered by the funding.
