If your child turns 9 months before 31st August 2026 you may be eligible for 9-23 month funding from September 2026. If your child has their second birthday before 31st August 2026 you may be eligible for 2-year funding from September 2026. If your child has their third birthday before 31st August 2026 you will be eligible for universal 3-4 year funding and you may be eligible for additional working parents funding (more commonly known as 30 hours) from September 2026. The government stipulate that for working parents funding, children receive funding from the term after they turn 9 months. You must obtain or renew your code in the term before they are eligible for funding designed for working parents from the government website HERE

If you require funding when you return to work from maternity leave the date you start or return to work will affect when you can apply for free childcare. To be eligible from September 2026 you must be returning to work before 30th September 2026. There is more information and an explanation of all the admission dates in the year on the government website HERE

We offer stretched funding over 49 weeks if your booking is year round or term time over 38 weeks if your booking is term time only. The funding you receive will be deducted from your invoice, leaving only the hours above your funding allocation (if you have any) to pay for. It is possible to attend 15 or 30 hours per week term time (38 weeks) or 11.63 or 23.27 hours per week year round (49 weeks) free of charge. We do not charge a top up fee, consumables fee or any other type of supplement for funded childcare; it is completely free, and all food, drinks, nappies, wipes etc are still included!

Funding will be subtracted from the invoice total before being sent. Any fees are payable by 12 noon on the last working day of the month in advance for the following month. We accept tax free childcare and bank transfer. Anyone eligible for universal credit is responsible for paying fees then submitting their receipt to universal credits for reimbursement.
